If something comes up, such as a fire wall that cost is extra. What is included is on your contract. We will not short you but we also cannot give away material or labor. If there is something you want please let us know! We want to make you happy. All our jobs start with an estimate. They are good for 7 days. Your contract includes what your building will have.
